The CrossFit Program enhances your competency at all physical tasks. Our athletes perform successfully at multiple, diverse, and randomized physical challenges. CrossFit IV focuses on maximizing neuroendocrine response, developing power, cross-training with multiple modalities, and developing successful diet strategies.

We train our athletes in gymnastics from rudimentary to advanced movements. We also emphasize Olympic Weightlifting for its ability to develop an athlete’s explosive power, control of external objects, and mastery of critical motor recruitment patterns.

CrossFit IV Fundamentals Courses
Beginning at the Beginning


CrossFit IV requires each person to begin in our on-ramp classes. The three courses teach you the essentials of the Olympic Lifting portion of CrossFit. CrossFit is for all skill levels, and our competent coaches will guide you in proper form and technique before adding intensity.

CrossFit is not a casual fitness fad or quick stop into the gym for simple spin class or some Zumba. CrossFit is a mental, physical, and financial commitment to yourself, your well-being, and your longevity.  CrossFit is a journey of self-discovery, friendships, and challenges. You never take the journey alone. When you are beginning CrossFit, our trainers and your new group community will encourage and support you each step of the way.

CrossFit prices compare with standard gyms in that, with your membership, you get a workout facility, unlimited access to equipment, and group classes. If you add the personal training component of regular gyms to that gym’s price, CrossFit becomes the clear winner in value. CrossFit IV programs every WOD (workout of the day), which means you just come to class and we’ll do the rest.

From your stretch, to your mobility work, to your warm up, and through your Metcon, each step of your workout is programs to achieve measurable results, something you’d have to learn yourself or hire a personal trainer to do at a standard gym. Additionally, we have a tracking at your fingertips on your phone that enables your to see your progress. We offer valuable nutrition advice, encouragement, and competitions to assist you in becoming healthy on the inside as well.
